1. Product Warranty
Duration: All Giant Bear sculptures come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or alterations made by the buyer.
Natural wear and tear or aging of materials.
Damage caused by improper storage, maintenance, or handling.
Products that have been used for purposes other than intended.
Minor imperfections and unique design from the handcrafted nature.
Products that are slightly different from website images. All products are handmade and will not be exactly as presented in the images.
2. Product Guarantee
Satisfaction Guarantee: If, within 14 days of receiving your Giant Bear sculpture, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all accompanying documents and packaging at the cost and responsibility of the customer.
Authenticity Guarantee: Each Giant Bear sculpture is handcrafted and unique. We guarantee the authenticity of our products, ensuring that you receive a genuine Giant Bear creation.
3. Making a Warranty or Guarantee Claim
To make a claim:
Contact our customer service team within the warranty period or guarantee timeframe.
Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Our team will guide you through the process, which may involve returning the product for inspection.
Note: Return shipping costs for warranty claims will be borne by the customer. If the claim is upheld, shipping costs will be refunded.
