3.2. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

3.3. Please note, items marked as "final sale" or "promotional" cannot be returned.

3.4. Bespoke or made to order items cannot be returned.

3.5. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

6.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

6.3. Please note, original shipping costs are not refundable.

7.1. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery of goods.

8. Exchanges:

8.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
