4. Dispatch & Delivery Times:

In-Stock Sculptures - We aim to dispatch products that are currently in stock within 1-2 working days post-order confirmation.

Items Not in Stock and Custom Orders: For items that are not available immediately or require customisation, the dispatch process may extend up to 10 weeks. We prioritise communicating this information to our customers promptly through email or telephone contact.

4.2. Delivery Times:

50cm Sculptures:

United Kingdom: For the 50cm sculptures, once dispatched, we offer next working day delivery. However there can be unforeseen delays.
EU & International: Deliveries to EU destinations are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days following dispatch.

135cm+ Sculptures Delivery:

UK: Delivered within 3-5 working days.
EU & International: Delivery times will vary. We recommend customers to contact us directly for specific delivery timeframes.

5. Tracking:

5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to track your package.

6. Customs & Import Taxes (For EU Customers):

6.1. EU, UK and International customers may be subject to customs and import duties. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country.

6.2. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Craftco Ltd.

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages:

7.1. In the case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is not available, the package may be returned to us.

7.2. Redelivery will be at the customer's expense.

8. Shipping Damages:

8.1. If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email. After this timeframe we are unable process any claims for any damages.
