2. Ordering from Us:

2.1. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

2.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order.

3. Pricing & Availability:

3.1. All prices are inclusive of VAT at checkout unless otherwise stated or if you live outside of the United Kingdom.

3.2. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is not available when your order is being processed, we will notify you by email.

4. Delivery:

4.1. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, and the delivery address.

4.2. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by a circumstance beyond our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions relevant to the supply of the products.

5. Return & Cancellations Policy:

5.1. Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returning products.

5.2. Due to the nature of our sculptures, custom-made sculptures, and made-to-order products including the 50cm, 135cm and 165cm bears, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

5.3. Custom-made items are commissioned and crafted based on individual specifications and as such, cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed.

5.4. We invest in materials and allocate production resources to fulfill made-to-order products immediately upon order confirmation, therefore we are unable to accept cancellations for these items.

5.5. In the event of an exceptional circumstance where a cancellation request for a bespoke or made-to-order item is made prior to production commencement, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee to cover any administrative costs or losses incurred.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. All intellectual property rights concerning this website's design, text, graphics, and other content belong to Craftco Ltd or its licensors. The website is protected by copyright laws.

6.2. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without prior written consent from Craftco Ltd is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection:

8.1. Craftco Ltd's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Craftco Ltd to the customer.

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
